Springboard offers a range of programs to help adults and young people find and keep employment, and organizations to meet their staffing needs!

Our Programs:

  • Job Connect
    Aims to assist unemployed Ontarians obtain sustainable employment as well as to bridge the gap between individuals seeking employment and employers with human resource needs (Scarborough).
  • The Resource Room
    A walk-in centre providing Scarborough's youth aged 15-30 with resource material, information technology and strategic support for employment search, as well as other life skill development and support (Scarborough).
  • Successful Employment Strategies
    Assists people 18-65 years of age, who are unemployed or underemployed with finding meaningful employment (Toronto).
  • Success in Motion
    A six-week program designed to give unemployed individuals 18 and over with multiple barriers to employment an opportunity to improve their employability (Toronto).
  • Summer Jobs Service
    A program for students between the ages of 15-24 (up to 29 with a disability) running from April to September each year (Toronto).
  • Youth at Work
    Youth at Work is an employment program for at-risk youth between the ages of 15-30 with multiple barriers to employment (Scarborough).
