a functional and desired employee.

to employment strategies. It includes the following workshops:

provides an opportunity to evaluate how the individual copes in
the workplace and may identify employment barriers that were not
otherwise evident.
The success of the program is evaluated by the funding agency,
Toronto Social Services, according to whether participants develop
in any of the following areas:
- Having the ability to identify employment barriers
- Taking steps to address personal issues such as addictions
- Having developed a realistic awareness of employability skills
- Showing the ability to move forward into other training or education
- Completing the job placement
