In partnership with the West Scarborough Neighbourhood Community Centre, Operation Springboard administers the Scarborough Youth Justice Committee. This highly successful committee has been active since 1998 and is comprised of a dynamic group of trained volunteers from the local community that negotiate appropriate alternatives for young people accused of minor offenses.
